How to use the date calculator

Days between dates: pick a start and an end date. The result shows the number of days between them, plus the same span in weeks and days, and in months and days. By default the end date is not counted — from Monday to Tuesday is one day. Tick "include end date" if you need to count both days, for example when working out the length of a holiday or a hotel stay in nights versus days.

Add or subtract days: choose a date and enter a number of days. Use a negative number to go back in time. This is handy for deadlines ("30 days from today"), notice periods, visa stays and due dates.

For working days only, use the business days calculator, which skips weekends and, optionally, public holidays.
